I’ll be covering fashion shows, events, and following the most fashionable people in Dallas. Since you won’t ever know who is admiring your style or sometimes lack of style (watch out), you might want to watch what you are wearing when you leave home. I will also be writing about the real fashion gods and goddesses of Dallas…you. Dress your best; you never know who’s watching!

A hot new shop has caught my eye! A Brazilian born designer has found a good use for recycled materials. We can really raise a glass for her line of aluminum clutch purses made entirely of soda pop tops. They are shiny, silver, and are very reasonably priced. Walleska and her team of 40 independent artisans from Brazil also design clothes and jewelry made from plants, seeds, and aluminum. Her designs are definitely eye catching, and a pop top clutch would be a great accessory for any holiday party. Check out the grand opening of Walleska Ecochicc located in the West Village on Wednesday, December 15th!
