Where Wear in the City 100th Blog Celebration…Celebrate the good times!
Hello our fine friends of Where Wear in the City! We have officially reached our 100th blog! We would like to celebrate you our readers and viewers and hope that you will continue to read our blog and support us as we share with you each week! 10 solid months…but who’s counting?
Having the birth right of being twin sisters, we have experienced most of the same things in life whether that be together or in the same righteous manner but this blog has allowed us the freedom to channel and energize our creative juices and bring us truly closer (if that is possible) while sharing what is important to us and our life! As fashion, beauty, and nightlife come and go, we savor and cherish each moment we have in writing about each detail and exciting new find we stumble upon! In keeping with blog spirit, we will continue to keep that streak alive and hope you will too!
As 10 months have passed, we have had the opportunity to learn and grow all while experiencing new things and enjoying every opportunity that has crossed our path! This week we hit a big milestone: the big 3-2! Where the good comes with the bad and as one chapter closes, another one opens. As Where Wear in the City continues to get bigger and better we thought it was only appropriate to allow a little down time for reminiscing…(Pass the tissue please)…
Thinking back to the beginning of 2010…New Years Eve where this journey all began!! From our quick switch of blogspot to wordpress and quirky writing styles, and the additional creativeness of pictures and flipcam videos, this blog has truly evolved!
Fashion for a Passion…we can’t help but be charmed or get enough of it! From great designers at Fashion Cited to Abi Ferrin’s Fall Debut, as well as our featured article of the masterminds behind Nha Khanh in Arts and Culture Magazine, and rounding out some fabulous excursions at NYC Fashion Week!
And who could forget some of the noteworthy events we have been obliged to attend, The Fashionistas, Sex and the City 2 Premiere, A Night with Fragrance Designer Niven Morgan, Fresh Faces, Simply Summer Simply Shoes, Savor the Symphony, YTAC Bubbly Q, and Polish Dallas Fashion Show.
When you share the love of adventure and spontaneity as do we, trying new things are always at the top of the to do list! How about our fun hair makeover with Ale Bonilla at Esoterica Studios, hosting our first event for the 100th Anniversary of the Bra at Intimacy Northpark, raising money for Team For Kids in conjunction with the NYC marathon, and trying a new workout routine with Beyond Pilates.
With this blog, we hope our future endeavors bring us even more joy and success! Cheers to the next 10 months and even more to come!!
